UGC Ninja is a free platform that connects content creators with brands for user-generated content (UGC) collaborations. We provide the tools for discovery and initial contact, but all negotiations and agreements happen directly between users.

We facilitate connections but are not party to any agreements made between creators and brands.

👤 User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Choose either "Creator" or "Brand" role honestly
• Keep your login credentials secure
• One account per person or business

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your profile information up to date
• Respond to messages in a timely manner
• Honor commitments made to other users
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

🚫 Prohibited Uses

To keep UGC Ninja safe and useful for everyone, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

📝 Content Ownership & License

License to UGC Ninja

By uploading content, you grant UGC Ninja a non-exclusive license to:

• Display your content on the platform
• Show your portfolio to potential brand partners
• Include your work in platform features and functionality
• Use anonymized examples for marketing (with your consent)

Content Standards

• Content must be your original work or properly licensed
• No copyrighted material without permission
• No inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Accurate representation of your work and capabilities

💰 Platform Fees (Spoiler: There Are None!)

Direct Payments

All payments for collaborations happen directly between creators and brands. UGC Ninja is not involved in any financial transactions between users.

⚖️ Liability Limitations

What We're NOT Responsible For

• Contract negotiations between users
• Payment disputes or late payments
• Quality of work delivered
• Communication breakdowns between parties
• Legal disputes arising from collaborations

Platform Service "As Is"

UGC Ninja is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

User Responsibility

• Conduct your own due diligence on potential partners
• Create clear agreements for all collaborations
• Protect yourself with appropriate contracts
• Report any issues or suspicious behavior

🤝 Dispute Resolution

Platform-Related Issues

For issues with the UGC Ninja platform itself (bugs, account problems, etc.):

• Contact us at support@ugcninja.com
• We'll work to resolve issues within 48 hours
• Provide details and screenshots when possible

User-to-User Disputes

For disputes between creators and brands:

• Try to resolve directly first
• We can provide mediation assistance if requested
• Serious violations may result in account action
• Consider legal counsel for contract disputes

📝 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements.

How We Handle Changes

• Significant changes will be emailed to all users
• Updated terms will be posted on this page
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued use means acceptance of new terms
